Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no hidden or additional fees.

What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (ET), Monday–Friday, begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).

How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is 5–9 business days (processing + shipping).

Are delivery times guaranteed?
No. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
You can also track your order through our Track Your Order page.

Are taxes or duties charged on delivery?
No. All prices shown on our website are final.
Orders shipped to the UK are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, and Inderlo covers all applicable import duties and taxes.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What condition must items be in to be returned?
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with no signs of damage or alteration.

Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.

How do I start a return?
Please contact us at info@inderlo.com to request return authorization.
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Which items are not eligible for return?

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

  • Returns requested after the 30-day window

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are available, subject to stock availability. Please contact info@inderlo.com for assistance.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us immediately at info@inderlo.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your case and resolve it at no extra cost.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
