Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time

5–9 business days (processing + shipping).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is available on all orders.
No hidden or additional shipping fees apply.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

Taxes & Duties

All prices shown on our website are final.
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
Inderlo covers all applicable import duties and taxes.
No additional charges are required upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@inderlo.com and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging

We will review your case and assist you in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@inderlo.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
